Return Policy

We are sure that you will be happy with your GrubPack!  But below is information concerning our return policy.

All products are inspected before shipment.  All returns must be authorized in advance by GrubPack.com within 7 days of receipt of goods by buyer. 

Buyer must pre-pay shipping on authorized return goods if the error was made by the buyer.  GrubPack.com will refund shipping charges if the error was made by us.

Returns will NOT be accepted after 14 days.  Returned merchandise must NOT show any use and be returned in the condition received.  We reserve the right to reject any return if the condition of the returned item is clearly different and/or unsellable based on the condition when the product was sent.
